AATCC is hosting a series of webinars on dyeing textile fabrics. In March, Nelson Houser of M. Dohmen USA will present a live webinar on direct dyes. In April, Swain Bennett of Clariant Corp. will present a webinar about sulfur dyes.
The previous five webinars in the AATCC dyeing series were recorded, and are now available for online viewing. Other recorded webinars cover disperse, fiber reactive, acid and vat dyes. A new offering is added each month. Live and recorded webinars are available for US $99 for AATCC members and US $149 for nonmembers. The first seminar in the series, “An Overview of Dye Classes,” is available from the AATCC website at no cost.
