Verseidag-Indutex GmbH takes control of 3P InkJet Textiles AG shares

The Verseidag seemee business segment and 3P InkJet Textiles will be combining their strengths with immediate effect, the goal being to offer competent solutions for modern digital printing from a single provider. Verseidag-Indutex GmbH will be expanding the existing seemee range with the takeover of the inkjet textile specialist 3P. This merger means that both companies cover the entire textile production value chain and production stage.

The amalgamation of 3P InkJet Textiles AG and Verseidag-Indutex GmbH has created the first fully integrated development and production enterprise for textiles and Flexface materials for digital printing. This amalgamation sees both firms merging every working step, from development, textile production and finishing to sales and customer service. Excellent prerequisites are achieved as a result for innovative high-performance developments, which embody major benefits for customers.

Joachim Geiger, business segment director seemee at Verseidag-Indutex GmbH, clarified the situation: “3P InkJet Textiles and seemee have gained extensive experience over the decades in the development, production and sale of digitally printable substrates. Both companies have developed cutting-edge technology and an impressive amount of know-how, which perfectly complement each other. 3P’s outstanding textile range will enable us to further strengthen our market position in digital printing, and also enhance our ability to address individual customer requirements in future.”
