Efficient use of energy, water and materials may make the difference in the viability of European textile and clothing industries. On November 22, Euratex and the European Textile Technology Platform plan a high-level conference in Brussels, Belgium, to discuss innovation for greater resource efficiency. The conference topics include current challenges faced by the industry, near-term opportunities, long-term planning, relevant European Commission policies and support programs and results of EU research projects on efficiency and sustainability.
