Welding machine with an integrated folding unit

For excellent finishing of brilliant color textile printing, Multi-Plot offers the Ares Plus welding machine, an automatic impulse welding machine with an integrated folding unit for finishing banners, roller blinds, awnings and other similar products. Pneumatically controlled edge guides ensure exact alignment and facilitate welding up to 5 meters in a single operation. Also available: the Matic FlexiCut, a linear cutting system for straight, fast cuts up to 5 meters in width. Round-knife cloth-cutting tool is particularly suited for stronger materials; an ultrasonic knife for cutting without fraying is also available. Dual pressing bars keep the fabric from sliding, ensuring an accurate cut.
