Phifer Inc. hires two new designers

Phifer Inc. of Tuscaloosa, Ala., designs and manufactures textiles, and has enlisted two talented designers to enhance its products.

• Raymond Neuse combines 18 years of experience in the textile industry with 20 years as a freelance artist, using his expertise to design indoor/outdoor textiles, home décor, novelty and flooring. He holds a B.F.A. degree in painting from Memphis College of Art.
• Monica Thornton brings 23 years of experience as a textile designer, consultant in outdoor furniture development, design manager for an outdoor furniture company and creative director with a cushion manufacturer. She holds a B.F.A. in interior design from the University of West Georgia.
