Submit NHPA 2015 presentations by Sept. 30.
The second Nonwovens for High-performance Applications Conference will be held in Cannes, France, March 4-5. Four sessions will cover opportunities for nonwovens in high performance applications, markets and game-changing technologies.
The core of the conference will be presentations by invited experts, but a call for papers is being issued for contributions in the following areas, with a focus on innovations and technology “game changers:”
- Air and liquid filtration.
- Transportation lightweighting.
- Infrastructure lightweighting.
- Energy storage and generation.
- Advanced medical materials.
Presentations should take into account that the audience will be senior managerial, technical and marketing staff from nonwovens manufacturers, suppliers to the industry, converters/finishers, product designers and processors, application sector OEMS and end-users.
Selection of the papers to be presented will be based on abstracts up to a maximum of 500 words. Presentations will be 20-25 minutes long. The abstract must include the name, company or other affiliation, telephone number, e-mail address and mailing address of the speaker and/or the person to whom correspondence about the abstract should be directed. Only one speaker per presentation will be allowed, though co-authors may be listed. The speaker for the paper should be underlined.
