Foley joins Brand & Oppenheimer

Brand & Oppenheimer Co., a Red Bank, N.J.-based textile converter, has appointed Brian Foley to be project lead/program manager. Foley will be responsible for the implementation and execution of special projects and programs. He will focus on developing new customers as well as maintaining existing clients. Foley brings experience in soft goods services, including product development, product management and U.S. production to uniquely service the athletic/sportswear and U.S. military markets.
