Victor Group achieves sustainability certification

Industry News | December 1, 2014 | By:

Victor Group, Saint-Georges, Quebec, Canada, has attained Facts sustainability certification for its Crypton® performance fabrics. To qualify, products must meet the rigorous requirements of the NSF/ANSI 336 standard. Facts certification, owned by the Association for Contract Textiles, applies to contract fabrics used in office, hospitality, health care, education, government and institutional market segments. Victor Group worked with SCS Global Services, a leader in providing third-party environmental and sustainability certification, to assess the composition of its Crypton products, as well as its manufacturing processes. Crypton textiles are the only fabrics to offer Facts certification for high-performance textiles to the contract market for seating and panel applications.
