The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and Agility Recovery will host a free webinar to offer ways to avoid the top 10 most common mistakes businesses make during a crisis.
It will be held on Dec. 9 from 2-3 p.m. EST. True stories about business owners’ pre-disaster missteps, plans not followed and lessons learned will be discussed. Failure to inform and prepare employees for disasters is one of many common mistakes entrepreneurs make when doing business continuity planning. Not being adequately insured is another.
