The Sewn Products Equipment & Suppliers of the Americas (SPESA) will host its fourth “Advancements in Manufacturing Technology” educational conference on Sept. 17 at the Sheraton Charlotte Airport in Charlotte, N.C.
The non-commercial, educational-only event is targeted at mid-level and upper-level managers, and will provide information to help improve quality and manufacturing efficiency while at the same time reducing lead-time required for production. Topics to be discussed include trends in product development, upfront labor costing, automation, selecting the correct needle, thread selection and welding.
