Eco-friendly shade

Premium Hortshade® is made from UV-stabilized High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) monofilament and is designed to resist sun damage and water absorption. The versatile fabric provides protection against wind, hail and heat for horticultural and viticultural applications and provides sun block factors from 29 percent to 77 percent.

Designed for tension structures and shade sails, Commercial 95® 340 combines maximum sun protection with strength and durability. It is made from UV-stabilized HDPE and is 100 percent lead- and phthalate-free.

Supple protection

Sunbrella® Contour is a non-directional fabric for optimized cutting and fabrication. Recommended for commercial shade applications, it provides one of the highest levels of UV protection, offers easier fabrication and installation and is available in 15 colors.

Long-term care

Sure-Chek® Fusion is an ergonomic pressure-management fabric, a breathable moisture barrier with maximum stretch and recovery, used primarily for acute and long-term care specialty mattresses, pillows, cushions and support products. Antimicrobial and antistatic cast-urethane material is REACH-compliant and flame-retardant, and can be fabricated by sewing or RF and ultrasonic welding. It offers superior resistance to hydrolysis, a condition that causes cracking due to heat and moisture, and is resistant to popular disinfectants when usedas directed.

Multi-colored durability

Woven with the finest solution-dyed acrylic yarns, Suntastic Fabrics are durable performance fabrics with a five-year UV warranty. Recommended for patio furniture, umbrellas, outdoor cushions and outdoor furniture covers.

Patient care and comfort

Patient slings made with 280LP from Jason Mills LLC feature fabric that is soft to the touch and nonabrasive. A special layering system keeps patients dry, has a load-bearing weight of up to 1,500 pounds and is intended for long-term use. In addition, 280LP is fire-retardant, has wicking agents and is extra wide at 96 inches.

Abrasion-resistant polyester material Style 9208 features a medium finish and is manufactured to meet Federal Aviation FR Spec 25.853 for compartment interiors. Durable, fray-resistant and soft to the touch, it is sold in industry-approved color in a 55-inch width, and can be dyed to match airline standard colors. Jason Mills offers an extensive collection of specialty knit textiles; technical materials such as spacer, fire-resistant and highly UV-resistant textiles are the most recent additions.

Style 417 has a neutral pH, will not degrade a nylon lining and is produced to meet the parachute industry spec mil-c-3395. Manufactured at an extra-wide width of 84 inches, its versatility ranges from golf cages to custom cut sports netting to mosquito-resistant protection.

The tight knit construction of Style 413 offers UV protection against material degradation and is water repellent. Recommended for outdoor screening and tent applications, the mesh has been designed to have an aperture that is small enough to keep out disease-spreading insects, including baby ticks.

Able to stand up to sun and harsh climate conditions, COOLSHADE for awnings is UV-resistant, mildew-resistant, and meets all fire-resistant requirements (Title 19, NFPA, ASTM). It also offers anti-fungal and antibacterial properties and is easy to clean. Custom color requests can be accommodated with a 1200-yard minimum and quick turnaround; also accepts solvent-based inks and most graphics.

Impressions Acoustic Solution is a wall-mounted acoustic tile system for commercial or residential spaces where sound absorption is needed. Manufactured in the U.S., each tile slides onto a Z-clip rail system. Impressions is available in 16 colors with six patterns and one solid tile.

A wide-ranging palette

Durable, easy-maintenance Outbound collection includes five upholsteries and one classic drapery fabric. Solid-color classics alongside playful multi-toned patterns highlight a palette that ranges from warm and cool neutrals to distinct fashion-driven hues, all designed for long-term durability and easy maintenance in a variety of markets.

Summit is a KT Line foundation upholstery with a high-end look at an affordable price.

Woodland is a two-toned design that can be read as an allover or small organic pattern, with a palette that ranges from tone-on-tone to high-contrast combinations. Durable and bleach-cleanable, it’s suited for hospitality, corporate and health care interiors.

Firefly is a jacquard-cut velvet upholstery, elegant and fresh, with a luxurious hand. Seven color options.

Dune is an indoor/outdoor fabric made with Sunbrella® yarn, offering an easy-to-use subtle allover texture with a dry hand. Recommended for all commercial environments, with a recycled content that makes it an environmental choice.

Island is also an indoor/outdoor fabric made with Sunbrella yarn, offering visual interest with mid- to large-scale interlocking circles and the play of overlapping colors.

Savannah is a classic drapery with a dry hand and subtle horizontal striations. The palette includes warm and cool neutrals along with deep saturated tones.

TF820-K Kevlar®, a fine loop terry, is used to manufacture gloves, sleeves, jackets, chaps and other articles of clothing designed to protect users from cuts, abrasions and heat. Kevlar-based protective gear is lighter and thinner than equivalent gear made of more traditional materials. The fabric can be made with other fibers or blends of fibers, based on customer needs.

Providing cut level 3 protection, KEV-7 Kevlar gloves are available in XS, S, M, L and XL. The length of the cuff or sleeve can be customized. In addition, 3-inch wide Kevlar tubing fabric, treated with Sta-Cool, is available for use in cut- and abrasion-protective apparel. The fabric has added wicking potential to draw moisture away from the body, and can be made with other fibers and blends.

Fire-retardant fabric is used for protective apparel for fire protection. NK850-Nomex® can be made with other fibers or blends of fibers based on the customer’s needs, and can also be made in different weights. Nomex material has excellent thermal, chemical and radiation resistance.

Aqua-View pressed polished window vinyl is consistent in clarity and stability. Available in a variety of thicknesses and shades, it’s recommended for boat windows, awning enclosures and porch enclosures.

Top Gun® Camo offers the same performance characteristics as Top Gun—strength, dimensional stability, water resistance, UV and mildew resistance—but is now available with the TrueTimber® Conceal Brown camo print. Recommended for marine, outdoor and hunting use. Fabric is printed with highly UV-rated inks and finish to allow the print to maintain its UV properties.

Top Notch 9®–2 meter wide is a 100 percent solution-dyed polyester fabric with a fluorocarbon finish. Now available in 2-meter widths, to use less scrap and labor, it is water resistant, breathable and can be used for marine tops, gazebos, awnings and canopies.

Heat and glare control

Mermet’s T Screen Naturals shade fabrics reflect up to 69 percent of solar energy for heat control and up to 89 percent of visible light for daylighting control. Bacterial and fungal resistant, it is offered in 3 percent and 5 percent openness and can be used for manual
and automated window
shade solutions.

Chroma™ is a metalized, high-performance shade fabric designed for heat control. It provides mechanical resistance and dimensional stability with a nano-layer of aluminum for solar performance and view-through clarity.

Advantage MVP 18 FR is recognized for its durability, pliable feel for easy handling, resistance to the elements and exceptional strength. Available in many colors accepted as standards for athletic applications. The signature 18-oz. coated formula is specially treated to meet CSFM and NFPA-701 FR standards, and achieves a Class A rating for ASTM E-84. Its tensile and tear strength are matched by its soft hand and smooth matte finish.

High-quality netting

Used to make map pockets for the automotive, aerospace and train industries, Map Pocket 23758 is a fire-retardant, UV-inhibitor and antimicrobial fabric made in an ISO-certified facility to ensure reliable quality. Can be used in a variety of applications requiring a high-quality netting. Custom colors are available (depending on volume), offering premium color-matching consistency to meet specific customer requirements.

Used in applications where a sturdy and durable hook-and-loop closure is needed, 4428Loop fabric is made in an ISO-certified facility for reliable quality. The fabric and variations of it can be applied to a variety of end uses such as bulletproof concealable vest fasteners and medical device and orthopedic brace fasteners.

Filtration Knits are versatile and can be used in assorted filtration media applications such as juice, dairy and water. The fabric is made in an ISO-certified facility, and custom fabrics and variations are available to meet customer requirements and specifications.

The solution-dyed yarns on the face of 500D TPU fabric maintain Near-Infrared (NIR) specs for military products and give it the soft appearance of a normal bag with waterproof capabilities. Versatile and water repellent, it can be purchased in low minimums of 1,000 yards with an option for waterproof and heat-sealable needs.
