Abrasion-resistant polyester material Style 9208 features a medium finish and is manufactured to meet Federal Aviation FR Spec 25.853 for compartment interiors. Durable, fray-resistant and soft to the touch, it is sold in industry-approved color in a 55-inch width, and can be dyed to match airline standard colors. Jason Mills offers an extensive collection of specialty knit textiles; technical materials such as spacer, fire-resistant and highly UV-resistant textiles are the most recent additions.

Advantage MVP 18 FR is recognized for its durability, pliable feel for easy handling, resistance to the elements and exceptional strength. Available in many colors accepted as standards for athletic applications. The signature 18-oz. coated formula is specially treated to meet CSFM and NFPA-701 FR standards, and achieves a Class A rating for ASTM E-84. Its tensile and tear strength are matched by its soft hand and smooth matte finish.
Canwil Textiles has launched a new line of inherently flame-retardant (IFR) polyester fabrics for event, stage and drape applications. Line includes: IFR banjo, used in expositions and trade shows; IFR voile, a lightweight wide-width sheer fabric for events and parties; IFR velour, a heavyweight velour used in stage applications; and IFR Poly premiere, a mid-weight polyester fabric for table skirting and pipe-and-drape.
Fire-retardant fabric is used for protective apparel for fire protection. NK850-Nomex® can be made with other fibers or blends of fibers based on the customer’s needs, and can also be made in different weights. Nomex material has excellent thermal, chemical and radiation resistance.
Commercial FR 300 is designed for use in a wide range of architectural and small-scale structural applications, such as tension structures, awnings and shade covers. Specialized lock-stitch knit is made from stabilized yarn and constructed to block up to 95 percent of harmful UV rays for durable shade protection, as well as meeting CSFM standards. All Gale Pacific shade fabrics are 100 percent lead- and phthalate-free, and have been granted Oeko-Tex® 100 and Greenguard® certification.
