Top Value Fabrics Acquires Pacific Coast Fabrics

Top Value Fabrics (TVF), Carmel, Ind., has acquired Gardena, Calif.-based Pacific Coast Fabrics. The acquisition expands TVF’s product offerings and strengthens its west coast distribution network for printable textiles.
