The Awning Factory designed a grand, 80-by-16-foot projection awning to provide shade for a second floor outdoor dining area at the Mona Lisa Resort in Orlando, Fla. Because the client requested that the awning not have columns or supports, the awning needed to be free-standing and cantilevered from the building—a difficult feat to accomplish on a round, brick structure. The awning framework was constructed using 4-by-12-foot aluminum beams with Sunbrella® fabric, and attached using the staple-on system.

I saw the finished awning in person and was pretty amazed at the design and craftsmanship that was put into it. Great work guys!
