Golf cart shade screen keeps golfers cool
Specialty Fabrics Review | January 2011
Keeping cool on the golf course … with the name of your favorite team, club, course, tournament or your company logo prominently displayed on the side. Shadys, Pasadena, Calif., manufactures a golf cart shade screen of an open-weave mesh that keeps golfers cooler, with up to 90 percent protection from harmful UV rays, and that can be personalized with full-color printing of artwork, logos and images. Made with military-strength materials designed for durability, it easily attaches to the front and back roof posts of most four-post golf cars, and tightly rolls up and slips into a soft nylon bag that attaches to a golf bag for transport and storage. Shadys are also available in a “strapless” model that attaches to the inside roof of golf cars without any drilling or permanent installation of hardware.
