To prevent problems with yarn breakage, static build-up, dust and lint, Fogco’s overhead “Revolution” climate control system humidifies the air by producing a fine mist and delivering it with a focused air stream, using an integrated horizontal fan to achieve 50–60 percent relative humidity within a textile plant. By integrating the focused air stream directly into the fog, the water droplets cover more cubic feet (up to 10,000) and are able to humidify up to five times the amount of air of standard static line misting systems. The air readily absorbs the micron-sized droplets, virtually eliminating water vapor fallout and decreasing the amount of water required. Simple ceiling-hung installation reduces labor costs and cuts installation time. The continuous 360-degree rotation provides complete, consistent coverage.
