What is your industry prediction?

To a degree, the weaker businesses have been weeded out. If you’ve made it through these last couple of years intact, business should start picking up.

What is your business philosophy?

Train the employees, give them the authority to make decisions and then stand by the decisions they make.

What is your business strength?

Recognizing that my staff is the real heart of my business. Doing my best to make sure they feel valued.

What is your proudest moment?

When a customer comes in with a difficult project and we, as a team, tackle it and are there with the customer when they see it for the first time.
