Fabric ceiling to be installed in German skiing arena

The ceiling textile at Skihalle, an indoor skiing arena in Neuss, Germany, sustained harsh weather conditions for years, but moisture stains and discoloration finally took a toll on the prime winter sport venue. Arena management wanted a replacement fabric that was waterproof, resilient, long-lasting, printable and stretchable. It commissioned fabric replacement in a small section of entrance hall, using Mediatex® Presto by Junkers & Müllers printed with a beautiful fair-weather sky.
The vibrantly printed skyscape over the entrance hall drew lots of attention and met Skihalle’s practical needs, so now the fabric will be installed on the entire ceiling space. Mediatex Presto stretches for easy installation into existing ceiling frames, is available in widths of up to 308 cm, and can be printed with solvent, eco-solvent or UV-hardened inks.
