New leadership for Genesis Plastics

Dolph Smith, president of Genesis Plastics Welding, Fortville, Ind., has announced his retirement in June 2010; Tom Ryder, currently chief operating officer, will assume the leadership role of president and CEO. Ryder, a nine-year Genesis employee, formerly led sales, marketing and customer service for the contract plastics welding and manufacturing company.
