Just developed: DelPore® meltblown media that is biodegradable and compostable. Designed specifically for the air filtration industry—including short-term applications such as medical face masks, respirators, vacuum bags and furnace filters—DelPore is manufactured from PLA (polylactide) rather than traditional polypropylene, offering added value to manufacturers concerned about sustainability, zero toxicity and low-energy initiatives. DelStar Technologies is sampling both charged and uncharged versions of the new PLA DelPore media in various weights.
