What is your industry prediction?

There’s just so much instability right now, and over-regulation, that it’s hard to predict—just batten down the hatches and wait for things to improve.

What is your business philosophy?

Have fun, make money, take care of the customers and be good to the employees.

What is your business strength?

I have a lot of patience and flexibility, and am always willing to look at different and unusual opportunities.

What is your advice for others?

It’s a difficult time for business owners. You have to be thinking about diversity and considering opportunities you wouldn’t have thought about before.
