Hydroentangled nonwoven made of flax
Specialty Fabrics Review | May 2011
A new hydroentangled nonwoven made of flax can be used as a component in composites for a nonwovens texture and properties such as a smooth surface and wood-like appearance. Durable and robust, it is lightweight compared to carbon or glass fibers and offers vibration-absorbing properties desirable for sports and leisure applications, construction, packaging, boat building and innovative interior design.
