Time well spent on custom cigarette boat cover

Happy with two previous cigarette boat covers, Canvas Experts’ client returned to them for another full cover to protect his power boat during travel and storage. The company spent more than nine hours to create 16 pattern templates, and spent more than 80 hours sewing to complete the project. All edges of burned acrylic fabric were covered with European-style acrylic braid binding so that a soft edge would touch the boat. Canton fabric was used on anything that needed protection from the acrylic fabric. Their efforts were also rewarded with an IAA Award of Excellence, Marine Powerboat Covers, for the project.
