The DingTec thermal transfer machine for dye sublimation ink has two types of heating mechanisms: oil heating and electrical heating. The drum filled with oil distributes heat evenly on the roller, and offers roll-to-roll design at high transfer speed, and a UPS system prevents the blanket from overheating. Oil heater and electrical heater power is at least 12kW and 7kW respectively, reducing the heating time to about an hour.

Controller configuration and machine set-up
I have thermal machine but i can't maintain the temperature and 6hour running can't reach the temp of 200C.
hope your quick response..
