ecoGenesis is a proprietary plastics welding technology for RF heat sealing of polyethylene, polypropylene and nearly any low-loss polymer or phthalate-free material for manufacturers needing to transition away from PVC or polyurethane for ecological, financial, performance or regulatory reasons. ecoGenesis eliminates the need for expensive heat seal additives and allows the substitution of lower-cost raw materials. Adaptable to existing, stabilized RF machines (27.12 Mhz), it expands the use of existing RF sealing equipment, increases product performance and meets regulatory standards.
