MPanel-R is the new tensile structure design software from Meliar Design. MPanel incorporates a set of form-finding and patterning tools that work as an add-on toolbar inside Rhinoceros® CAD software. A sister product for the company’s flagship, MPanel, which works inside the AutoCAD platform, MPanel-R and MPanel offer complete tools for form-finding and 3-D design as well as 2-D patterning, paneling and layout production tools. Able to output patterns to a number of sources, such as large-format cutting tables, standard paper plotters or grid coordinates.
