Forsstrom’s new traveling radio frequency welding machine for flexible PVC and PU material, the TDW Mega model, is available from 16 to 45 kW. The TDW Mega is similar to the standard TDW model and is able to weld with sealing bars as large as 16 inches wide. TDW Mega can weld a radius with a bow height of 16 inches. The under platen is twice as wide as on a standard TDW machine, making the machine better equipped for the production of curved windows in structured tents and roller doors. Extra space around the sealing bar gives more room to the working area. TDW Mega travels over a table, from 13 to more than 300 feet.
