FIAB 80 HF is constructed for welding PVC eyelet double or single in an efficient and safe way. FIAB 80 has a new feeding system, automatically turning the bottom eyelets. Operated by SIEMENS PLC system, the machine has a touch screen to change between single or double eyelets and the language. Includes format kit and is mounted on wheels.

The S.M.R.E SM 320 TA features a conveyor belt that enables continuous work by both loading material onto the worktop before processing and unloading the processed material automatically. Multiple tools can be used on the SM 320 TA: laser, ultrasonic, three wheel blade holders, marker and milling cutter. Machine and software are designed and made by S.M.R.E. It offers a range of applications and can process heavy, large materials, coated fabrics, high-tech fabrics, stiff materials and thin foam sheet.

The automatic textiles bonding gluing system, S.M.R.E. SM-210-SA uses the patented “Intelligent Torque” system in which software manages a range of materials to achieve quality bonding and limits the formation of “puckers” and defects in the processed fabric. SMRE gluing maintains its physical properties for years where conventional stitching may lose its effectiveness. SM-210-SA offers optional tools such as the “Hot-Air” system and the patented “Rotosonic” ultrasonic system. Uses a touch screen to process up to 20,000 millimeters. End products include awnings, PVC curtains and gazebos.
