Alliances help MOP up oil
Specialty Fabrics Review | August 2010
MOP Environmental Solutions Inc., Bath, N.H., holds the patent on the MOP™ Maximum Oil Pickup oil absorbent and booms, but the small company lacked the capacity to capitalize on the need for its technology in the Gulf of Mexico right now. The company recently formed strategic alliances with two bigger players: Leigh Fibers, Wellford, N.C., which can produce the sorbent material; and Global Sales Co., Columbia, Md., which has production capacity for booms five times greater than that of MOP.

this is the reason
I was wondering why stock has gone down so much, news like this should be released by company or by someone. I still believe in stock, even though I'm down more than 73%. I was going to buy more, but I think I'll just sit & hold & hope stock comes back to I can break even or make profits. Best of luck to MOP, to grow business to levels I think it could eventually achieve. August B.

the stock sucks
It's a pinksheet share selling scam. The people running it are idiots concerned with dumping stock at every opportunity.
The products aren't anything earth shattering. Mostly generic stuff like booms and absorbents. Basically worthless.
