Heat laminating systems process variety of materials

New 60-inch heat laminating systems from Ttarp Industries are designed to laminate, slit and rewind heat-activated or cold-bonded adhesive products. The units process sheet or roll goods (one or two sides at once), including rubber, plastic, foam, textiles and other medium- or low-density materials. Recent improvements include larger silicone pinch rollers, easier-to-use height adjustment, three-zone heat drum and a new light curtain to meet stricter safety standards. Standard features: adjustable score cutters and rotating knives, solid-state temperature controls, variable torque control, half-inch thick aluminum platen for superior heat transfer, adjustable DC drive and a mobile console control.
