What is your industry prediction?

Customer demand for custom-built products will increase as people tire of inferior, off-the-shelf items, and realize they need to pay a bit more for quality.

What is your business philosophy?

Build a great and lasting relationship with your employees and customers—and have fun doing it.

What is your advice for others?

Always make your staff feel valued. Let them have input on the work they do and compliment them on their ideas that succeed.

What is your business strength?

We offer product diversity, service and quality workmanship—and we build close relationships with our customers.
