Squaring table and cross cutter improve efficiency

Problem: When cutting vinyl and screen, operators need to take a lot of time and ensure that the material seals as it cuts.

Solution: The combination of a Sewn Products Equipment Company (SPEC) squaring table and Ultrasonic cross cutter provides an adjustable end-alignment that traverses the table on a rack rail for precise measurement. The cutter cuts and seals the product. With the squaring table set up, production can be accomplished with one person instead of two.
