What is your most important lesson learned?

Good will is the best capital business can have. You can be out of money, but if you have the good will of your supply base, your customers and your bankers, there’s always an opportunity to work your way out.

What is your industry prediction?

There’s going to be a continued evolution of technology and technical fabrics. If you pay close attention, go to the Expos and be involved in the industry; there are still a lot of opportunities for growth.

What is your most helpful advice?

I think it’s important to have a network of business friends. Get involved. Stay involved. Understand what’s going on.

What is your business philosophy?

It’s a total team effort focused on doing the right thing to advance the business profitability by meeting the needs and expectations of all the stakeholders.
