What is your industry prediction?

I am hopeful that in the next five to 10 years there will be advances in materials. More environmentally friendly materials are needed. There will be a return to the basic benefits of fabric structures: shade, shelter and protection from UV rays.

What is your business challenge?

Staying focused. There are so many books, tapes, webinars and people to see about improving your business and sales and marketing. I’d love to try them all.

What is your business philosophy?

Treat people the way you want to be treated. Listen and provide as much information as possible.

What is your advice for others?

Always remember why you got into this business in the first place and what made you successful. Then you can appreciate the highs and focus on your core business during the lows.
