What is your industry prediction?

The first lesson I learned about predicting the future is that you can’t. But we can observe trends and try to anticipate how those trends might create opportunities and challenges.

What is your business philosophy?

Help customers grow their businesses by providing innovative products and services distinguished by exceptional value.

What is your secret to success?

Stay close to your customers—listen, and help them be successful. Keep it simple. Expect change.

What is your advice for others?

Seek innovation, partner strategically and learn from the great work others are doing in and outside the industry.
