You do a significant amount of work for Disney®. What advice do you have for working with such a large, iconic corporation?

We started working with them 15 years ago and they’re still one of our best customers. Obviously, you have to be able to produce quality products, and have the staff and equipment to handle a rush job if necessary. And you just cannot miss deadlines or they’ll find someone else to do the work.

What portion of your business is providing retractable awnings for residential customers?

It’s a small portion for us since we do so much custom work, but it’s important to be able to offer the option to our clients. Some clients don’t need or can’t afford custom awnings and the wholesale retractables are a good fit for them.
