Meeting customer requests

News | | By:

According to Steven Gazdag of KSK Visual Ingenuity, customers are asking for larger discounts. “Everyone is looking for price breaks,” he says.

“We’re seeing requests for special sizes,” says Mike Richardson of Aurora Specialty Textiles Group Inc. “The printers our clients are purchasing are getting wider, and they’re asking for fabrics to fit their machine.”

“Besides cheaper and faster turnaround times, [customers] are looking for something outside the box,” says Andy Arkin of Olympus Group.

“Our customers are innovators and incredible designers, so they’re coming to us with ideas and products that may never have been produced before. … It seems we do less and less of a standard product line and more custom product lines. Without knowing exactly how it will be produced, quoting the project can be difficult, so we need to be cautious throughout the project. But we have developed a niche for this work and are up for the challenge.”
