Do you have ways you market your company in addition to your newsletter and Facebook page?
We created a 2011 Press Package to act as a bridge to expand our client base. It includes our mission, our profile and our background, and it defines for potential customers what Sand Sea and Air Interiors does and who we are.
Expanding your business to include aircraft interiors, which necessitated FAA certification, required substantial work on your part. Has it been worth the effort?
It’s helped the company diversify, which has contributed to our success during an economic slowdown. I’m glad I did it, but it’s like anything—you’re better off not knowing how much work it’s going to be before you start. Once you’re in the thick of it, you just keep going and make it work.
