Neschen implements 100 percent customer satisfaction guarantee

Neschen Americas (SEAL® and Neschen® brands), Elkridge, Md., has implemented a new 100 percent customer satisfaction guarantee. Designed to improve service levels and streamline customer relations, the new program provides clear guidelines and instructions to resellers and end customers for the remediation of problems pertaining to product quality, freight damage, return authorizations, account credits, and order placement.

Matters will be resolved to the customer’s satisfaction within 48 hours of receipt of the required documentation. The guarantee covers SEAL and Neschen brand laminates, adhesives, textiles, printing media, and liquid coatings. See
