Eastman Chemical Co., Kingsport, Tenn., announced the completion of the first upgrade to its hydrogenated hydrocarbon resin facility in Middelburg, the Netherlands. The upgrade is one of many planned by the company to increase plant capacity by more than 30 percent by the end of 2009. The plant produces the Regalite™ product line, which is used for sealants, coatings, nonwovens and adhesives.
