Each year at the Exhibit Designers and Producers Association (EDPA) Annual Conference, the Hazel Hays Award is given to recognize significant contributions to the exhibit industry. Charlie Corsentino, chairman, president and CEO of Moss Inc., Chicago, Ill., won the 2011 award for his 20 years of leadership in the industry. Among Corsentino’s accomplishments, both before and after his appointment as Moss’s top executive in 2006, are introduction of experiential marketing; development of offerings such as EMAX foam-core, no-tool wall system, DEXZ aluminum-based deck system, EZ Fabric Wall System and EZ Interactive Wall; and “steadfast management through one of the toughest economic periods the exhibit industry has faced.”
