Comfortex offers laser and knife digital finishing

MCT has provided to Comfortex Window Solutions a grand format digital finishing system. The MasterCut™ system is 3.2 meters wide by 10 meters long and employs both a CO2 laser and a set of tangential knife cutting tools, including a self-sharpening rotary fabric cutter. Through the use of i-cut® vision system from Esko Inc., nested prints for any number of window coverings can be printed at one time and accurately cut to size. Comfortex is also able now to cut single pieces of fabric that include a scalloped bottom.
