Brand & Oppenheimer Co. Inc., a leading textile converter for the U.S. military, has appointed Dan Pezold as president. With 35 years of experience in the industry, Pezold most recently served as senior vice president of military and government fabrics for Duro Textiles LLC of Fall River, Mass. He also held senior positions at International Paper, Gerber Childrenswear and Colgate Palmolive, and holds an MBA from Suffolk University in Boston. Robert Tannen, former B&O president, will become company CEO.
