SALTEX planned for Sept. 2018

The second SALTEX trade fair will be held Sept. 12–13, 2018, at the Dornbirn Exhibition Centre in Vorarlberg, Austria. The event will include a trade fair and a symposium on smart textiles and high-performance materials. The emerging smart textiles industry is a key technology of the future and a growing interest among industries outside of textiles. Thanks to the strong impetus driving innovation in smart textiles, established consumer industries such as structural engineering, mobility, medicine, and the sports and lifestyle sector have been inspired and revived. In addition, the international fiber congress, Dornbirn-GFC, will run concurrently with SALTEX from Sept. 12–14, 2018.
