Universal Fibers expands capabilities

Universal Fibers Inc. has acquired twisting and heat-setting assets for its production facilities in Gorzow, Poland, and Taicang, China. Both plants are fully integrated from extrusion to finished yarns in multiple chemistries, including type 6 and 66 nylon, and serve carpet manufacturers in commercial, residential and automotive segments. By expanding capacity in these areas, the company assures the highest standards of quality and service.
