DriZip™ Industrial Zippers

DriZip™ Industrial Zippers make end products that require zippers easy to open and close, with a realiable seal. The zippers are recommended for tents and structures, clean room/decontamination tents, military, dry storage covers and marine industries. This is a 2-track system that is sold by the foot, with each side of the zipper counting toward full footage.

DuraKeder™

Designed to last, DuraKeder™ is manufactured with a fully bonding process that adheres the fabric all the way around the cord. Minor damage of the fabric from repeated use will not render the keder unusable. It is also adaptable, as it is available in every size, fabric style and color option offered.

KS1000™ Laminated Fabric

A cost-effective workhorse, KS1000™ Laminated Fabric is a translucent vinyl fabric that offers flexiblity and versatililty because of its affordability and value. The fabric is ultraviolet and mildew treated and meets the FR treatment requirements of California Fire Marshal and NFPA 701. Available in 100-yard rolls.

Menax® Snap Fasteners

Menax® Snap Fasteners make up an extremely flexible fastener system for fabric-to-fabric and fabric-to-solid surface applications. Fabric to fabric: A fastener is installed on one side, “sandwiching” the fabric. A plastic post fastener is installed on the opposite fabric. This enables the two pieces of fabric to snap together.

Advantage Marine Collection

Comprised of numerous design and color styles, the Advantage Marine Collection is designed to withstand harsh marine elements and heavy usage on boats. Coolshade

Exceptionally dimensionally stable Coolshade is recommended for awnings, tents, tension structures, protective covers, signs and banners. The weldable fabric accepts graphics and solvent-based inks, is easy to clean and is available in custom colors with a 1,200-yard minimum. The mildew-resistant material has a five-year limited warranty.

Fastmount Textile Range

Designed for mounting soft textiles to hard surfaces, the Fastmount Textile Range is recommended for indoor and outdoor upholstery. The hidden system locks into place and provides added security under high winds and seas.

Stamskin One

Recommended for indoor and outdoor applications, Stamskin One is a high-performance silicone-coated polyester. Durable and easy to clean, its cool and smooth feel is available in an array of colors and two grains.

WeatherTyte® Canopy

WeatherTyte® Canopy is a coated vinyl finished with an industry-first matte polycarbonate. Recommended for awnings, shade structures and enclosures, it is a versatile lighter weight option that improves the user experience from transportation to installation.

RFlex

The RFlex radio frequency welder is a flexible RF welder designed to cover a large range of power output configurations with the use of the RF autotuning system. It produces strong, durable and even welds and its deep back table and trough provide ample space behind the electrode for easy material handling. Efficient, flexible and eco-friendly.

RFlex Travel

The RFlex Travel is a radio frequency welding machine with a traveling head for the production of large format PVC and PU products. The reliable and repeatable technology provides waterproof and air-tight welds with minimally visible seams, and its optional vacuum worktable up to 100 meters long allows the user to line up fabric with the laser guides, vacuum it down and press go.

MAC2000 fully automatic attaching machine

The MAC2000 fully automatic attaching machine suits high-volume shops that require fast, smooth and secure attachments on a range of foundations. Attaches to a wide range of fasteners such as Durable™, Maxi-Snap™ and Duramark® Buttons; features a foot petal, adjustable positioning plate, binding pressure buffer and an automatic counter.

MPanel FEA (Finite Element Analysis)

Used in both the design and engineering phases of tensile fabric structures, MPanel FEA (Finite Element Analysis) helps designers and specifiers ensure correct form, complete water study to ensure no ponding, and determine fabric stresses. RhinoMat® 1000

RhinoMat® 1000’s proprietary construction using a woven core scrim and engineered LDPE/LLDPE coating and film make it suitable for applications such as agriculture, mining and energy, wastewater lagoons, landfill covers, secondary containment and aquaculture. The 40 mil (1.0 mm) thick Reinforced Composite Polyethylene (RCPE) geomembrane is compliant with GRI-GM30, stress crack resistant and durable.

Rail Zippers

Engineered to be the mediator between fabrics and rails where the channel size is 3 mm to 20 mm, Rail Zippers are available in colors and produced to enable either stitching or welding the zip to the fabric. Main applications include high-speed doors, retractable shades and hurricane shutters. Can also be used in tent and infrastructure industries to replace traditional keder.

TPO302-1460 and TPOPLYTPO1.0

TPO302-1460 and TPOPLYTPO1.0 are made from thermoplastic olefin film laminated with polyester jersey. With a unique surface pattern design, this fabric offers durability, abrasion resistance, oil and chemical resistance and anti-slip capability. Available in single-sided or double-sided TPO; recommended for cushions, mats, shoes and shoulder pad applications.

ET68F-0910-NYPK

Antibacterial, breathable and hydrolysis-resistant, ET68F-0910-NYPK is a polyether-based TPU film laminated with pique knit fabric. Meets NFPA-701 flame resistance standards and is recommended for hospital bed sheets and jail mattress applications.

ET90-C07-150D

ET90-C07-150D is an ether-based TPU film laminated with 150D polyester fabric. Designed for marketing or advertising applications that constantly need different promotional designs on their products. With abrasion and water resistance feature, the fabric is recommended for apron, tent, banner and bag applications.

70DHM11JS

Designed for motorcycle covers and other outdoor applications, 70DHM11JS fabric is heavy duty and sturdily designed. Waterproof, breathable and printable, it is UV resistant (grade 6) and can also be used for any type of cover, tent or banner application.

Comtex®

Comtex® is an innovative commercial, heavy-duty knitted shadecloth designed for medium- to larger-sized tension membrane shade structures, where the shadecloth fabric is placed under greater loading strains. Excellent weight-to-strength ratios, designer color palette and supported by a 10-year limited warranty.

Parasol™

Parasol™ is a commercial grade knitted shadecloth suitable for tension structures and other heavy-duty shading applications. Its combination of high-density monofilament and tape offers a higher degree of protection from UV radiation; has been heat set before rolling for improved dimensional stability.

Patternpro™

Popular as a pattern material for marine and awning projects, Patternpro™ is clear HDPE woven scrim that is coated on both sides. Excellent stability and good lay-flat properties. Available in 2 meter (79 inch) and new 4 meter (157 inch) wide rolls.

Profilen®

Suitable for the production of outdoor textiles including shade sails, awnings, marine tops and covers, Profilen® PTFE sewing thread is UV-stable, flame retardant, resistant to highly corrosive environments and free of heavy metals, chlorine and plasticizers. Covered under a factory warranty for the lifespan of the fabric onto which it is sewn.
