Weather-Chek^® architectural composite textile incorporates specially engineered flexible polymer technology with a high-performance, core-stabilized substrate for awnings and shade structures. Featuring the textured look of a woven fabric with the performance attributes of a commercial-grade thermoplastic, its hybrid construction delivers exceptional tear and tensile strength with flexibility and softness. Substrate reduces edge curl, inhibits seam leakage and provides dimensional stability. Waterproof and fire resistant, offered in high-image designer colors. 

Made with 100 percent solution-dyed polyester, Style 415 mesh material offers extended UV resistance and is also fire-resistant (will pass FMVSS 302 FR specifications). The knit construction of the material is recommended for applications such as “no-see-um” mesh for screens.

Offering extended UV and fire resistance, Style 415 material is made with 100 percent solution-dyed polyester. The yarn has been tested for more than 1,200 yards of UV exposure with little to no degradation. The knit construction of this material makes it a recommended solution for a no-see-um mesh to be used in a screen application; also recommended for automotive and recreational applications. Passes the FMVSS 302 FR spec.

Style 65C fabric is a versatile material with applications in the recreational trade, health-care, filtration and substrates and industrial markets. With the use of Ciclo technology, the 100 percent polyester fabric degrades like natural fibers in landfill conditions. 

The latest update to the Crypton collection features seven patterns and four original designs. Porter is a unique fabrication in the collection with a 66 percent polyester, 22 percent olefin and 12 percent cotton construction. The other 10 patterns of the collection are 100 percent polyester. All patterns pass CAL-TB-117-2013, NFPA 260 and UFAC Class 1 specifications.

A linebacker and beauty queen all rolled into one, ULTRA^™2500 is a coated vinyl fabric lacquered on both sides with a high-gloss finish making this product “easy on the eyes” and a breeze to clean. Durability at an affordable price. Extremely versatile with translucent and blackout options and in weights from 19 to 43 ounces. Applications include structures, tents, soft signage, print, marine, awnings.

Durable, printable and economical, Coolshade is heat-sealable, dimensionally stable, accepts many different types of graphics and solvent-based inks, and is easily cleanable. Recommended for awnings, tents, protective covers, signs and banners, with custom colors available in 1,200-yard minimums. Made in the U.S.A. 

The Sentara Upholstery Collection is comprised of residential-inspired commercial-grade upholstery fabrics that come standard with a stain repellent finish (Alta^™ or unbranded) and backing (acrylic or knit). The fabric can be custom finished with an alternative finish, is stocked in the U.S. and is available for cut yardage quantities.

Designed for use in marine fabrication and outdoor living, WeatherMAX SG (Surface Guard) starts with the proven durability of WeatherMAX 80 and adds a thin, flannel-like backing to create a soft, protective underside to provide extra protection for high-end surfaces. The backing is less bulky than comparable materials and does not entangle contaminates, which can build up and cause scratching. The HydroMAX coating on both sides combines high water-resistance and breathability. 

SAM1^® fabrics are durable, lightweight and wind- and water-resistant, for use in military/tactical and commercial applications including outerwear, pants, jackets, plate carriers and tactical gear. Made in the USA and Berry compliant, both fabrics offer excellent inherent abrasion resistance with a bit of stretch. The mix of nylon and spandex makes the fabric extremely versatile. 

SAM2^® fabrics are durable, lightweight and wind- and water-resistant, for use in military/tactical and commercial applications including outerwear, pants, jackets, plate carriers and tactical gear. Made in the USA and Berry compliant, both fabrics offer excellent inherent abrasion resistance with a bit of stretch. The mix of nylon and spandex makes the fabric extremely versatile.

Mattress protectors and covers made from NexGen^™ fabric are softer, lighter, stronger and greener than traditional vinyl/PVC protectors. The waterproof fabric offers the stain and spill protection of traditional vinyl, but it comes without negative features such as noxious odors, stiff hand, brittle seams and additives that do not comply with California Prop 65. 

Offering superior flex-fatigue for long-term performance, Shelter-Rite^® Military Tent/Structure Fabric also provides excellent abrasion resistance and infrared reflectance. Available in custom colors, it meets Berry Amendment and Buy American Act specifications.

Designed to endure the outdoor elements, Weatherspan Ultra meets all flame-resistance specifications and is mildew resistant, with anti-fungal and antibacterial properties. UV-resistant, premium outdoor fabric has a wick-resistant scrim and accepts many types of graphics and solvent-based inks. Stocked in 17 colors.

Designed to eliminate pinhole issues, WeatherSpan^™ 1610R 5-Ply is a premier tent fabric: abrasion resistant, mildew resistant and weather- and UV-resistant, while sustaining high tensile and tear strength. Structural fabric is flame retardant without after-treatment and meets CSFM and NFPA-701 requirements.

Safe-gard^™ LeatherLike^™ Lite is a popular, high-performance laminated fabric for athletic wall pads and gym mats. Vinyl laminate has a leather-grain finish and is formulated to comply with CSFM, NFPA-701 and E-84 standards, while maintaining anti-fungal, anti-mildew and abrasion-resistant properties. Phthalate-free material is available in 17 colors. 

Sound Barrier Fabrics (STC13 and STC17) are sound-blocking materials that reduce outside noise and light. These reinforced vinyl fabrics are flexible, high-density, lightweight, flame retardant and are formulated with anti-mildew, anti-fungal and antimicrobial agents.
