What’s new in the Sunbrella Shade Collection?
In January 2023, Sunbrella launched our updated Sunbrella Shade Collection as well as our new Sunbrella Exceed FR shade fabric. Our new Shade Collection consists of nearly 250 curated fabrics, including 17 fresh new additions, to provide the one portfolio you need to help your customers select the best shade fabric.
What is Sunbrella Exceed FR?
As commercial projects increasingly require fire-retardant materials, we’ve launched our new Sunbrella Exceed FR, an inherently fire-retardant and flame-resistant shade fabric that looks, feels and fabricates like woven Sunbrella shade fabrics—including welding—because it is Sunbrella!
You can feel confident specifying Sunbrella Exceed FR because it meets all relevant FR codes and beyond. Exceed FR, like all Sunbrella shade fabrics, is also backed by the industry’s most comprehensive warranty, including labor costs†, and is compatible with the Sunbrella Graphics System, providing limitless options for custom logos and other designs across a variety of commercial shade structures.
Exceed FR is available now in four versatile colors: Forest Green, Captain Navy, Black and Jockey Red.
How has Sunbrella enhanced its sales tools to further support partners?
In addition to new product releases, we’ve also enhanced our Sunbrella shade tools, including our new Sunbrella Shade Fabrics sample book, to ensure we are providing you with the most effective, user-friendly sales tool possible, backed by the brand consumers want and trust most*.
Most notably, we’ve incorporated our Sunbrella Shade Studio web tool (ShadeStudio.Sunbrella.com), which enables users to load a photo of their specific space and visualize different Sunbrella awnings, as well as the Sunbrella Fabric Finder (Sunbrella.com/Fabric-Finder-Tool), a newly launched tool that helps customers narrow down fabric selections based on their preferences and design vision.
Both tools are accessible via QR codes that are located front and center of your new Shade Book, and are desktop, mobile and tablet friendly. Furthermore, our Sunbrella Care Team, comprised of industry experts with more than 100 years combined experience, is standing by and available to assist you and your customers with all things Sunbrella and beyond.
