Enduratex™ launches educational vlog series: Vinyl 101

Company News | March 30, 2020 | By:

Enduratex™ has announced the introduction of a VLOG series produced to educate and inform the design community on the many terms, technical processes and differences between characteristics of coated fabrics. A fully produced learning option, the series can be viewed any time, even while “sheltering at home.”

“We received numerous positive comments, and even more questions, after a recent speaking engagement entitled VINYL 101,” said Eric Petersen, director of sales and marketing for Enduratex. “We realized that there was a lot of information that designers wanted, that either wasn’t easily accessible to them or they hadn’t been taught, so we decided to create a series that informs, educates and provides a vehicle to answer questions,” he added.

The series, entitled VINYL 101, features Enduratex veteran “Professor’ John Kessler and Petersen, as they sit down and discuss the many questions often fielded by the Enduratex team. The videos are educational, but not stuffy, and impart a great deal of information on current topics and terminology.

“We’re all working remotely now and could use a positive break from the news of the day. This is a great opportunity to learn more about coated fabrics, from the lingo used, to how to specify product, as well as the differences between products,” added Petersen. “We hope the industry will find these short videos informational and even entertaining.”
