EcoThriv Cypress joins MMI Textiles’ line of “environmentally preferred performance fabrics,” blending LYCRA® T400® and recycled polyester in a double-knit construction. Garments maintain shape without the addition of spandex while providing excellent moisture management. Cypress is well suited for activewear and athleisure garments such as golf pants, jackets and leggings.
Built for ski and snowboard gear, eVent stormST EB1009 is a PFAS-free three-layer laminate. It combines recycled Ocean Bound polyester with a tough, light, flexible plant-based membrane and a polyester jersey backer. High waterproofness, windproofness and breathability. bluesign® and Global Recycled Standard certified. 243 grams per square meter (7 ounces per square yard).
The Nylon 56 Taslan ripstop face of eVent alpineST ST3003 is plant-based, and the 100% nylon tricot backer feels comfortable next to the skin. Ideal for outdoor and activewear, it is a soft but durable mid/lightweight fabric. 40 FD by 75 FD, 140 grams per square meter (4 ounces per square yard).
The three-layer laminate of eVent alpineST ePP0007 ensures the fabric excels in wet, snowy and windy conditions, and its sturdy construction provides dependable protection. The PFAS-free laminate offers long-lasting waterproofness, high breathability and durability. 75-by-75-denier polyester face, 100% 30-denier polyester backer, 140 grams per square meter (4 ounces per square yard).
Greenhouse Curtain fabric supports crop growth through protection. The product is heavy-duty HDPE that is scrim-extrusion coated with LDPE in-house. Quality control testing includes tear strength, light passage, puncture resistance and UV weathering.
Radical Rose Knit fabric takes advantage of studies that reveal how red and blue light helps roses grow: increasing photosynthesis, leaf size and number of flowers. Monofilament yarn in the product delivers even light across the entire crop.
Acadian Industrial Textiles exclusively distributes HDPE Woven fabric that shades crops or serves as perimeter fencing. It is lightweight for easy installation and comes in openness factors of 44%–86% in various colors. Reinforcement along the edges and center provides hanging points, and a leno weave provides stability.
SAM Lite further expands MMI’s SAM line of stretch woven fabrics. SAM Lite, a 94% nylon and 6% spandex blend, offers stretch in the filling direction only, which allows for a fabric less than 2 ounces. Uses include tactical overwhites and jogging shorts. Quick-dry protection and breathability.
